Pool freestyle evening with Lowri Davies
On Thursday 1st February, Telford Canoe Club will be hosting an evening of freestyle coaching with former European Freestyle Champion, Lowri Davies.
Lowri is a top level coach in whitewater and freestyle kayaking, and has taken part in both expeditions and freestyle competitions all over the world. The evening is open to anyone who has an interest or curiosity about freestyle kayaking and canoeing, whether you’ve never tried it before and want to give it a go, or you’re progressing but want some tips to advance even more.
For those who wish to take part, but who don’t own a freestyle boat of their own, we have a small fleet of boats of different sizes at the pool that can be used. Due to numbers this might need to be done on a rotational basis, but if you don’t have a freestyle boat of your own, don’t fear, we’ll get you sorted.
