Telford Canoe Club AGM 2023
The Club AGM has been booked for 17th November 7:30 – 10pm at Hadley Community Centre. High Street, Hadley, Telford. TF1 5NL
Theres plenty to update everyone on, both from the past year and plans and proposals for the upcoming year.
Please come along, it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet your fellow club members, share your thoughts and help shape the club going forward.
The current committee is as follows:
Chairman – Simon Wiles
Vice Chair – Mark Hill
Treasurer – Iain Campbell
Secretary – Jack Kerswill
Membership Secretary – Neil Winwood
Committee Member – David Allen
We are proposing the following changes:
Iain Campbell to stand as Chairman
Simon Wiles to stand as Secretary.
Jack Kerswill is looking to stand down.
In addition, we also propose a new role of Slalom champion being filled by James (Oz) Roden
In line with the club constitution, any member that you would like to nominate with support for any of the roles (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer) needs to be within 21 days preceding the AGM. I aware I’ve got the dates really tight, so lets say Monday 30th October midday. Any nominations should be sent to contact@telfordcanoeclub.co.uk
All will be voted on at the AGM by those club members present
Additional Information, including a proposed agenda will be published on the website over the weekend.
Any proposals for anything to be raised, again lets set Monday 30th October midday as the deadline.
