New Committee Update

A quick update from the new TCC committee

Attached to this post are the minutes from the AGM for all those who couldn’t attend.

The committee has now met in full once and partially again today on site.

Today’s meeting was to assess the current condition of the containers, their contents and how best to proceed with them.

So far we have started the process of dealing with the existing bank accounts, and started the process of opening a new one.

We have a new website in the making and are hopeful of having online signup and payment in place for the new years membership.

Unfortunately, we currently have no members list (although we are still hopeful of its arrival) so if you know of members that are not on this group, please invite them.

As we move into the new year, we are also planning to produce a questionnaire and get as much guidance and feedback from the membership as possible. in the meantime, feel free to share your thoughts either directly with one of the committee or on here.
